Welcome to Peek Breeze! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our online store and to every purchase you make from us. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. ABOUT US
This online store is operated by Peek Breeze, a small Canadian clothing brand based in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, Quebec, Canada. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Peek Breeze, and "you" refers to anyone visiting our store or placing an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
- We do our best to show our dresses, colors and details as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm (about ½ inch) from one piece to another.
- Our dresses have a unique fit: they are relaxed on top and fitted at the hips. Please check our size chart and choose your size based on your hip measurement before ordering.

4. PRICES AND CURRENCY
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Shipping costs, duties and import taxes are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
- Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the one displayed when you place your order.

5. DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Our products ship from Canada. U.S. duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and paid to U.S. Customs on your behalf. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. Duties and import taxes are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

6. ORDERS
- After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order, not that it has been accepted.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing or product error, limited stock, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
- If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped can no longer be modified.

7. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms. Items purchased on sale or with a discount of 30% or more are final sale.

9. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, are valid for a limited time and may be used once per customer. We reserve the right to cancel any code that is misused.

10. REVIEWS AND PHOTOS
If you share a review, photo or comment about our products, you allow Peek Breeze to display and share it on our website and social media. Please keep your content respectful and honest. We may remove any content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including our logo, brand name, photos, designs, illustrations and text, belongs to Peek Breeze. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

12. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false or fraudulent information.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use or link to third-party services (such as payment providers, carriers and social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peek Breeze is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the laws of the place where you live.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
