This online store is operated by Peek Breeze, based in Stoneham-et-Tewkesbury, Quebec, Canada.
2. PRODUCTS
We do our best to display our products, colors and measurements as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm (about ½ inch). Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
- Shipping costs, duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed when you place your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited stock. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
4. ORDERS
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot modify orders that have already shipped.
5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these terms.
6. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and may expire. We reserve the right to cancel a code that is used fraudulently.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this store, including our logo, photos, designs and text, belongs to Peek Breeze and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Peek Breeze is not responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of our store or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not limit any consumer rights you may have under the laws of the place where you live.
